FAQ

Do my subcontractors need an account?

No. Each contact gets a private link that opens their invitation directly. No signup, no password.

Can a trade see who else was invited?

Never. One link is one invitation, and it only shows that recipient's own information.

Does Invite All collect bid amounts?

No. Bids are still emailed to you as they are today. We track who was invited, who looked, and who's bidding.

Which mailbox do the emails come from?

Your own. Invite All connects to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with OAuth. Invitations land in your Sent Items and replies go to your inbox.

What stops me from inviting the same company twice?

Contacts who already have an invitation on that project and scope are locked in the picker. Declined trades are left out of select-all.

Can I import my existing trade list?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet and map the columns. We do the first cleanup with you.
